Here you will find help guides that will show you how to navigate and utilize the member information center.

The member information center (MIC) is included free with your membership. The MIC is how you manage payments, register for events, update your company information that is shown in the member directory, post job openings, and more.

Create an event for your business that you'd like other chamber members to attend. This event will be added to the chamber calendar.

Hot Deals & Member Deals
Hot Deals & Member To Member Deals

Is your business having an upcoming sale or special? Do you want to offer a special discount to other chamber members? Find out how to create a deal.

Member-to-member deals are deals that you only make available to other chamber members.

Hot deals are deals you would like to be available to the public.

The process for creating them is similar.

Updating Personal Information

Update all of your personal profile information on your account

Updating Company Information

Update all of your company information on your account. Most of the information is public-facing. It is displayed in the member directory online and it is published in the annual Green Book. It is good practice to always keep this information up to date.

Here you can update your staff, add new staff, and deactivate staff. Staff members or reps can do things like register for events or you can assign them as a billing rep.

Create a saved payment method

You can easily store your credit card or bank account via the MIC. If stored, the card or bank account is then available to you when registering for an event that has a fee, paying your bills, and can be used for future recurring bills such as membership dues.

Setup Autopay

Never miss your membership renewal again. Set up account autopay. It's quick and easy.
